n. [Gr. telos, end; pous, foot]
1. (ARTHROPODA: Crustacea)
Part of an appendage distal to the coxa.
2. (ARTHROPODA: Diplopoda)
In males, a modified leg, serving a copulatory function, on one of the posterior segments.
